A deposit of $300 is required to hold your wedding date, and is deducted from the package price. In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after the scheduled wedding date, providing another wedding has booked on the same date.

The balance is due five business days prior to the day of the wedding, or many prefer to include a check with the confirmation letter you will receive a month before the wedding.

Overtime is available at $100 per hour, payable either the day of the wedding or if you prefer when you pick up your proofs.

Candids will be ready for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the wedding. Please call to arrange for an appointment to pick them up.

Reprint prices that are quoted at proof pickup, will be held 90 days from the date that the proofs are picked up.

Your original order, (pkg & any extras on contract), must be ordered within 90 days of proof pickup, or a 10% surcharge on that total will be charged to cover any increased product costs incurred during your delay in ordering.
